Restlessness is only a state of mind
it knocks on your mentality
and ask to come in
it starts out by attacking your
foundations of what you believe
of what you hold true
then it works it's way
to your thoughts and
becomes a true state of mind
restlessness however being
only a state of mind can easily
be prevented. make a choice
and hope that it's the right one
then sleep good
even if it's the wrong one
